1. Provider and contact details
GREDUP is provided by Nicolò Accorsi. For support or notices concerning these terms, contact support@gredup.app.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use GREDUP. If you use the service on behalf of another person or organisation, you must have the necessary authority.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the app or features that require an account. Browsing public pages remains subject to applicable law and the relevant parts of these terms.
3. Account and credentials
- provide accurate data and keep account information up to date;
- protect your password, device, OTPs, and session, and do not share credentials;
- use your account personally and do not allow others to operate with your credentials;
- tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access;
- you are responsible for activity on your account until you report a problem, to the extent permitted by law;
- a new login makes that session the account’s only reusable GREDUP session and revokes previous sessions;
- Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In are used only for authentication and account management as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Permitted use
You may use GREDUP for personal and lawful purposes connected with organising workouts, tracking fitness, and reviewing your data.
- do not attempt to access another person's account, data, or systems;
- do not bypass limits, Premium controls, security, quotas, or technical protections;
- do not use the service to distribute malware, automate abuse, or interfere with infrastructure;
- do not decode, circumvent, or reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law;
- do not use AI features for unlawful or abusive activity or to circumvent provider protections;
- do not upload unlawful content or content for which you lack the necessary rights;
- do not use GREDUP results or content to create a competing service through unauthorised systematic extraction.
5. Fitness and informational nature
GREDUP is a tracking, organisation, and informational support tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian, or other qualified professional.
Estimates of calories, macros, strength, recovery, trends, and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. AI features process submitted content and return a draft or indication that you must review; they do not guarantee correct recognition of foods, quantities, exercises, or loads.
Assess your health before exercising, use appropriate technique and equipment, stop if you experience pain or unusual symptoms, and seek professional advice where needed. You are responsible for your decisions and for carrying out workouts safely.
6. User content
You retain ownership of data, text, workouts, notes, photos, audio, and other content you enter. You grant GREDUP a limited, non-exclusive licence, only for the time needed, to receive, process, and transmit that content to necessary providers and to return, protect, or maintain the requested feature, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not upload third-party data, photographs, recordings, or workout plans unless you have an appropriate right or permission. Avoid entering unnecessary information or secrets in free-text fields.
7. Local data and backups
Much of GREDUP's data is stored on the device. You are responsible for protecting the device and managing exported backups. GREDUP provides a portable export but cannot guarantee recovery of local data removed, corrupted, or lost before a valid backup was created.
Restoring replaces existing Personal data after a preview and verification step. Read the warnings displayed by the app carefully and keep secure copies of files you wish to retain.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep GREDUP reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, network or provider issues, security, or causes outside our control. Online and AI features require connectivity and available providers.
We may correct, update, suspend, or remove features for security, compliance, sustainability, or product evolution. Where a change materially affects a purchased service, we will respect applicable legal rights and provide appropriate information.
10. Intellectual property
GREDUP, its brand, design, software, editorial text, and original content belong to the provider or respective licensors. Using the app does not transfer intellectual property rights, except for the limited licence needed for personal use of the service.
Third-party catalogues, libraries, and content remain subject to their licences and attribution requirements, including the OpenNutrition and Open Food Facts food sources and the exercise catalogue distributed under its applicable terms.
11. Suspension for abuse
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to stop abuse, fraud, security violations, or unlawful use. Where possible and compatible with security, we will inform the user and allow them to clarify or challenge the decision.
12. Account deletion
Accounts can be deleted in the app by following Home → profile in the top right → Profile → Account → Delete account. Email/password accounts use the current authenticated session; Apple or Google accounts reconfirm identity and revoke applicable provider access before remote-first deletion. Contact support if the process does not complete.
Account deletion does not remove backup copies exported by the user and does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription, which must be managed separately in Apple settings. Review the Account deletion page before proceeding.
13. Liability
GREDUP is liable under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury where applicable.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is assessed taking account of reasonable warnings ignored, improper use of exercises or equipment, inaccurate content entered by the user, third-party provider outages, or loss of local data that could have been avoided using an available backup. This wording does not exclude GREDUP's liability where imposed by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory rights granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts designated by applicable mandatory rules.
Before starting a dispute, we invite you to contact support@gredup.app to seek a straightforward resolution, without limiting your right to use authorities or remedies available by law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. We will always show the update date and, for material changes, provide appropriate advance notice where required.
